All items sold here are brand new.

All items are based on first come first serve basis.

Color of items may be slightly different from the actual due to the lighting.

Should there be any damages on the item, it can be exchanged subject to the stock availability. However, the shipping cost should be borne by the buyer.

Payment method is via bank/fund transfer only. We accept:

The maximum period for reservation is 3 days. Otherwise, the items will be sold to the next person in waiting list (if any).

If you can't make full payment within 3 days upon your reservation, please deposit at least 50% from the total price. Any cancellation of orders will not be refunded.

Items sold are non-returnable/refundable/exchangeable.

Shipping and handling cost starts at RM 4.50, depending on the weight of item(s).

Items will be sent through Pos Laju (preferred) / Pos Express (by request). International shipping will be done through Registered Mail or EMS only.

Purchase of RM150 & above will be entitled for free shipping of Express Mail or Registered Mail only. For Pos Laju, we will cover up to RM6.

Please allow 3-7 days for delivery (excluding weekends & public holidays).

Wonderbutik will not be responsible for any damage/loss of items during shipment.
